I don't want to hijack this thread, but I noticed you mentioned buying gold and silver.  Where do you buy?  It's something I really want to get into.  Do you have any good reading material on the subject?

no problem...for Buying gold and silver i've almost always purchased on APMEX. ive bought on other sites too but mostly stick to APMEX for larger purchases. http://www.apmex.com/

Ebay is good for single buys like a coin or 2 , most of the same dealers youll find out there are also on Ebay. as long as you stick to the dealers or people with a lot of selling history and positive feedback and not Joe Schmo supposedly selling a 1 oz gold coin for $500 under spot you'll be safe LOL. If you have a local coin shop, or even pawn shop you can find some good deals at those places sometimes and youll know its authentic stuff too since those guys wont buy it unless its real

Modern coin mart is good ive purchased from them in the past both on their site and on Ebay

Others ive purchased from in past

As far as info, it all depends on what you mean by "get into it". are you looking to buy bullion to hedge inflation are you looking to collect coins? Im more of a collector, my Grandfather started giving me coins when I was a kid and it just carried over to my adulthood. I have every proof silver eagle there is going back to the first year of issue in 1986.  ive bought a lot of silver bullion in the past - American eagles, Mexican libertads, Austrian Philharmonics, Canadian Maples leafs, Chinese Pandas . Gold I mostly just stick to gold american eagles.  I dont get into generic stuff but there lots of that out there, it cheaper but good luck reselling that IMO.

My best source of whats out there news and info over the years has been Youtube really. if you search for silver stacking, gold stacking videos youll come across a whole community on youtube that talk about new coins coming out, stuff they have collected, dealers, and deals that are out there

id say its probably a good time to get into it a little, since gold and silver have mostly been flat for a year, with government spending not coming down around the world and us approaching 20 trillion debt its probably going to be going back up in the next few years again. I bought a lot back in 07-08 when silver was like 8-10 bucks a ounce and sold when it was in the 50's , made a crap load and then I re-bought some back when it came back down into the 20's and now im just holding. i haven't bought bullion in many years now, i stick to mostly coins now there are some collector series ive been buying for years like the Australian Lunar series, its pretty popular and gains in value every year. Perth mint puts out some really good stuff and quality. its probably the most popular mint after the US and Canadian mints. Royal mint is popular too. Canadian has been lacking quality though for years, a lot of milk spotting issues on their coins so ive been staying away from their stuff

That should keep me busy for awhile!  I haven't decided if I want to go the coin route or just stockpile bars.  Looking for future security, not really a hobby.

how Bitconnect can afford it payout....and when you think about it this is no different then what banks do with our money, except they rob us by giving us crappy .5% or less interest  rates for the entire year while they make hand over fist money on our money daily.

BitConnect Detailed explanation of how they make money
