Trade Hinrich, Gordon, Wallace and Nocioni for Kobe, and build around Kobe, Deng, Thomas, Noah and Thabo. See if you can get another pg after the trade, and move on. I'm done arguing with anybody that Kirk is better than Gordon, or vice-versa. They both suck on D, Gordon can't handle the ball, and Hinrich can't score when it counts.
