Guys I dont know whether Beckman is gonna be a great coach but he sure is a great guy, have him as a FB friend and he posts stuff on his fan page, I copied a link of some photos with the team doing some hospital visits, if you are on FB you can see them

also he is a pretty gung ho guy, he posts during the basketball games just like a fan. Hard not to like the guy

He seems like a high motor kind of guy. Zook was also but......you know the rest. If Beckman can coach then I'll be happy.

If he surrounds himself with good coaches and allows them to do their job it will be an upgrade.

Yeah, he is doing a great job at saying the right things.  Which at this point is pretty much all he can do.

But I have also heard some positive changes and culture (from actual players).

I like the guy, built Toledo back to respectability from the depths of a point shaving scandal.  He has a plan and he has an excellent resume with some pretty good mentors.  I see him taking us to a consistant level of bowls, major bowls.
