It will be different, but not better in terms of winning. The roster is too poorly constructed to get immediate results. I'm not after instant gratification.....just start building a winner instead of floundering and making excuses. If the next guy doesn't start getting REAL results in 3-4 years then he can go away too.I couldnt disagree with you more and I expect us to compete for a Big 10 title, albeit with a different coach. We somewhatrely on 3 freshman who should be much better. ML, JB, and TG got very little PT prior to the season. Same guys but different players.Well, I am assuming that we lose ML and possibly one or two others. Maybe the next guy brings some recruits with him that can help?Wheres Leonard going - Europe? Middle East? NBA development league? Or do you not see that he gets outplayed every othergame? I think the GM's will want him to stay in school. He could xfer, theres alot of teams that will take him. He'd probably bebetter off showing some grit and fighting to make this team better in the eyes of the GM's.Who else- Henry? He's got ability, but so did JR. Has he really played that well to complain this season?

Anyone that thinks it will be better NEXT season is wrong. It will be different, but not better in terms of winning. The roster is too poorly constructed to get immediate results.
