WOW!  Didn't see that coming.  Hah!  Bruce and his BS.  Almost thought he would build off of the Ohio St Win.  Let's hear everyone defend him and say how every good team is suffering tough lroad osses in a tough big ten.

I just dont understand why you call time out when you saw Sam with the ball then he gets the ball back anyway...He never should have been on the court or he should have been the 1 passing the ball in......I just want to know who called the play.....

Weber is clueless! Sam M. looks like a division 3 player. I'm so happy he took the last shot. Brilliant Bruce.  :yuk:

my biggest fear when Mr Peoria Bradley was a go for this game was that BW would go with experience over youth down the stretch in a tight game. Unfortunately, for Illini fans, its been his trend for years.......

12 games left now...team better start showing some improvement the rest of the way, or I'm afraid some of you may be right about the different direction thing   :nonono:

As much as I hated our play, what a bogus call on JB that was a pivotal call in this game when we could have blown it wide open.

0-6 and 4 turnovers combined from our PG's. Not going to get it done. Sam looked horrid and Tracy is a fouling machine.

That is where the recruiting failures of the past still cost us today, no point guard play.

hey no worries, we have MSU and at Minny next, PSU is probably better than both of them  :icon_biggrin:

Paul was denied the ball. Bardo even said it on the replay.

Yeah BP cut weakly... I will say though it should have been Bert and BP playing that 2 man game at the top, not Sam.

anyone else who had a clue though ragas. Sam, alone, no points, no game today, period. Give him the ball and go. No chance

Yeah I agree. But with 4 seconds, if your 1st option isn't open, its hard to react quick enough with so little time. Sam was open, got the ball and went. Its not necessarily a play call.

regarding the last play, to show that I'm not completely anti-Weber  :icon_biggrin: it could have been that the play he called during the timeout broke down and Sami decided to improvise and take it to the hole for some reason on his own.
