Kyle Prater Leaving USC - Picks Northwestern
« on: January 09, 2012, 09:46:03 PM »
Remember him? #1 WR in the nation a couple of years ago.  Hasn't done anything with USC.  ILLINI supposedly in the mix for him...

FavoritedFavorite ? I'm expecting Kyle Prater's top choices to be #Northwestern and #Illinois and I don't see any others in serious contention as of now.

Kyle Prater transferring?

Read on Scout that KP was transferring, but haven't found a factual link yet.

I would definitely accept Prater to the Fighting Illini.

Maybe add Wisconsin to the mix...

"Whitney Blaine @whitneykblaine 54m
Details Prater said he's hoping to talk to Wisconsin, Illinois or Northwestern (all near home) not Notre Dame. He just got release paperwork today.

Kyle Prater #21 @DaReal_21 2h
I will be transferring. I love my teammates, SC, my fans, athletic staff, will always respect the coaches. God Bless ;)"

I read that he has only caught one pass this year. Probably needs a change. I would like our chances if he is choosing between us and NW, but now that Wisky is in the mix...

Isn't Ball coming back for his Senior year?  Wisky is a running team.  Nate needs someone to throw to.  KP could be next years Jenkins.  Welcome to the Illini Mr. Prater.  We've been waiting.
