I'm not sure throwing Enderle out there in GB is a good idea.  To go out there and get sacked 10+ times and throw 4 picks.  Enderle was a long tern project anyway. 

I would anticipate McCown getting the nod next week.  At least he will give you the chance to evaluate other positions as well on offense.   Plus you can find out if he's any good to backup Cutler next year.

Lovie is notoriously tight lipped about depth chart changes.  And at this point I doubt it's been set in stone that anyone will start.

I think Lovie is absolutely sticking it to Angelo. If Angelo goes I have no issue with Lovie staying he is stuck with this pile of garbage he has been given

and in my opinion its due to the tight assed bears not wanting to bring a guy in and stay 15 mil under the cap

Pretty much how I feel.  I think Lovie is a better coach than most give him credit for.  He has his annoyances sure.

They did try to claim Orton that would have been a 2.5mil payout for the remainder of the season had they got him.  I believe its more of a management philosophy that you don't pay big money for a backup QB.   Especially when Cutler is the clear number one, and there is going to be a considerable dropoff to whomever the number 2 is. 

My biggest fear is that Tim Ruskell takes over if Angelo does leave.  That guy ran the Seahawks straight into the ground in his tenure as their GM.

Well he better watch out he may just stick it to himself in the process costing him his job.  This team is totally unwatchable with Hanie in at qb.  Can only imagine what Urlacher, Briggs, and Peppers are thinking on D....

McCown will get the start this week.  Probably the best thing.  See if you have a viable back up for Cutler next year.  My guess is no but its worth a shot.

No sense if throwing Enderle out there.  Bears have plenty of time to evaluate him.  Plus that pretty much signals to the rest of the team that you are giving up on the season.
