We look so bad for stretches, I just dont get it. Is it focus? Lackadaisical? Inferior teams like Coppin State should never go on 20-5 runs in your home building.

I want to choose Leonard, but the little dust up (although an overreaction by the refs...due to Cinc and Xavier(?) bothered me.  Was great to see Sam get in his face and get him away so that he did not do something else stupid.  Also, the easy fouls where he leaves his feet bug me.  Great talent.  Hope he keeps maturing physically and mentally.
 
Loved his toughness in the paint towards the end of the game.  Our 6000 calorie man would have gotten shoved off of the block time and time again.  ML held position and got easy ones. 
 
I am going to vote Sam in recognition of his continued growth as the senior leader of this team.

these last 2 games have been ugly...ill be glad when these 'finals' are over so that's not longer an excuse and we can see if that's truly the reason, or if they are getting complacent

A little disappointed in BP's game after the end of the last one, was hoping maybe he would pick it up into another gear.

This team is not improving. We can't stop dribble penetration, we didn't defend the arc - their major strength, we still had way too much trouble getting the ball inside, we still shot too many 3s, had some awful turnovers, the bench is not strong. Leonard, keep your cool.

We did have some nice passes on cuts down the lane for layups, but not as many as we should have had. DJ put the ball on the floor a couple of times and got to the rack. BP - not many drives that I remember. We look good in stretches, but we look really bad in stretches as well.

This team is not the 2nd best team in the B1G right now. As much as some on this board despise IU, they are playing better than we are. Mich St is playing better. Haven't seen Michigan, so I don't know. I'm not impressed by Wisconsin, but we're not outplaying them right now IMO. Without a lot of improvement this could be a long B1G season.
