Cant wait! I really like the way the roster is constructed going into the season. We should be able to hang with anyone and play every different style imaginable.

Yep and poor passing in their zone again killing them.  This is a new year right?? Looks like the same old team. :Wallbash:

Cant say i was really shocked at the outcome....this is hardly the team, or the lineups that were envisioned.

Kane is playing Center becasue we are so injured right now, that's a BIG problem! Kane can NOT play Center, he is not physical enough...

Sharp just came back, he had NO training camp and is basically starting where the other guys were 5 weeks ago...so we wont see him get going for a few weeks at least, which hurts big time...I am pretty shocked they threw him out there last night having had no camp or many practices under his belt

Stalberg out 3 weeks ...role player, but its a loss of depth, and it sounded like he was coming into his own this year, Coach had said he was one of best players in preseason and camp

Bolland - they say he could be back today, but he's been injured all camp, so he's in same spot as Sharp is...he's gotta get in game shape

Take all this into account, and you could once again see the Hawks stagger through the gates this year, just like last year...this team just cant stay healthy for some reason, it's so aggravating! I didn't watch the game last night because I had my own game, but from what I was told everybody looked like they had not played a game together, which is par, since all the lines are F'ed up due to these injuries
